There are two important roads in the Northern West area of Hanoi: Vo Chi Cong (connected to Nhat Tan Bridge) and Pham Van Dong (connected to Thang Long Bridge). Between these two roads, for many years, the city has planned to implement a 60 meter wide road connecting two roads and help smoothen traffic congestion in the area.

After a long period of compensation for lands under the development by the Starlake investor, the new linking road has reached its final stage, which leaves about 300m off Vo Chi Cong. According to information by the construction team, the construction of this final section has begun since the beginning of May this year. It is expected to be partially completed by July.

When this road is completed, the travelling will be much easier, the traffic jam in Pham Van Dong road will be dramatically reduced. This will also enable residents in this area especially in Starlake, Ngoai giao Doan (Diplomatic Compound) to easily reach Vo Chi Cong street and shorten the travelling time to city center.

In addition to the 60 meter connection road linking Pham Van Dong and Vo Chi Cong, another important road is also under construction in this area, Nguyen Van Huyen Extended Road (connected to Hoang Quoc Viet to Nguyen Hoang Ton). This road will run through the West Lake Urban Area and Diplomatic Compound, expected to be partially completed in September 2017.

Starlake Developer is expected to rapidly complete the remained 300 meters of road linking from Vo Chi Cong to Pham Van Dong by July

According to the investor, the construction and completion of these roads will help reduce the traffic pressure in both Pham Van Dong and Hoang Quoc Viet roads and increase connectivity in the area. In particular, this will be a big push to increase the attraction and selling price of nearby real estate projects, especially the Starlake project – where both routes pass.

Located in the Northwest of West Lake, the Starlake is one of the most noticeable projects in Hanoi market today with the total development area of 186 hectares.

During the past 2 years, in parallel with the construction of synchronous technical infrastructure for the 1st Phase of development, the investor has built three blocks of villas and a retention lake of 4.5 hectares. To date, 182 villas launched in the 1st batch are almost completed and ready to be handed over to customers by early July.

At present, the investor is launching 67 more adjacent villas and plans to launch shop-houses in the upcoming period.

In the future, residents in Starlake will be enabled to travel easily with different routes: 60m linking road to Vo Chi Cong and Pham Van Dong street, Hoang Quoc Viet through Nguyen Van Huyen and Tran Cung Street.

These improvements in the infrastructure will definitely create a big push, boosting Starlake’s advantage and growth in price
